Bird show

At the bird show it was great fun and we saw many different types of ducks chickens and pigeons.

This cock is the Champion Hard Feather Bantam 2009 at the bird show.

This is a pigeon with a fluffy collar.

This black duck is the Champion Waterfowl 2009 at the bird show.

This rooster's breed is Plymouth Rock.

Looking at all of the birds was fun!

Terracotta Warriors

I went to the terracotta warriors.
They were fake and they were young
but the old ones were over 2001 years old. they were discovered in 1970.

This is a special carriage that was buried withthe emperor. It was broken in 20,000 pieces when they found it.

These warriors were bigger than my Dad. The most common thing broken was the head and hand.

Lara came to visit today and we made these pictures. Lara made the two that she is holding and the three below, and I made the two that I am holding. We made the pictures with paper towels. What we did was we drew over the paper towels with felt pen.

This little hut has a frame under the roof. It has sticks joined onto four popsicle sticks the popsicle sticks have five holes drilled through them. It also has a coconut tree. I made the fale at Te Papa.
